Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026 · By using Polynside, you fully accept these terms.

Read before any use

Polynside is an analysis and technical transmission tool. Polynside is not a broker, financial advisor, gambling operator, or investment service provider. Prediction markets involve a high risk of total loss of the capital engaged. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

1. Purpose of the service

Polynside is an online service for analyzing Polymarket prediction markets. The service provides: real-time market visualization, trader statistics, AI-generated analyses, and — for users who have connected their crypto wallet — the ability to sign their own orders compliant with the Polymarket CLOB protocol, which are then relayed to the official Polymarket API.

Polynside holds no private key, holds no funds, and signs no orderon the user's behalf. Polynside's role is strictly limited to providing a decision-support interface and a technical service for transmitting orders previously signed by the user.

2. No advice or recommendation

No element displayed on Polynside (odds, statistics, AI-generated analyses, trader rankings, scores) constitutes investment advice, a personalized recommendation, a financial analysis, or a solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or subscribe to any position, security, financial instrument, or digital asset.

AI-generated analyses may contain errors, biases, hallucinations, or outdated information. The user expressly acknowledges that they must under no circumstances use these analyses as the sole basis for a decision, and that they alone assume responsibility for any decision made on the basis of information displayed by the service.

3. Third-party platform — Polymarket

Polymarket is a platform operated by an independent third party, over which Polynside exercises no control. Polynside is neither a partner, affiliate, agent, nor representative of Polymarket.

The user acknowledges:

  • that access to Polymarket may be prohibited or restricted in certain jurisdictions;
  • that it is their sole responsibility to verify the legality of using Polymarket in their country of residence and to act in compliance with their local jurisdiction;
  • that they alone assume the entirety of regulatory, tax, administrative, civil, and criminal consequences related to their use of Polymarket;
  • that the taxation applicable to their potential gains is their sole responsibility in their country of tax residence.

Polynside disclaims any responsibility for the actions, omissions, failures, suspensions, or decisions of Polymarket, including with regard to market settlement, order execution, fund freezing, dispute resolution, or any access restriction.

4. Geographic restrictions and eligibility

The service is strictly forbidden to persons residing, located, or physically present in the following jurisdictions: United States of America and all its territories, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Poland, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, as well as any country subject to international sanctions (notably Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and affected regions of Ukraine).

This list is non-exhaustive and may be updated at any time by Polynside to comply with restrictions imposed by Polymarket or by competent authorities.

By using Polynside, the user declares on their honor:

  • to be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, if higher);
  • not to be a citizen, resident, or physically present in a restricted jurisdiction listed above;
  • not to appear on any international sanctions list (OFAC, EU, UN, or equivalent);
  • not to access the service through a VPN, proxy, or any other means intended to bypass these restrictions.

Polynside applies automatic IP-based blocking to prevent order placement from restricted jurisdictions. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions:

  • constitutes a serious violation of these terms;
  • results in immediate termination of the account without notice;
  • engages the sole liability of the user, civil and criminal, vis-à-vis the laws of their jurisdiction;
  • shall not engage Polynside's liability in any form whatsoever.

5. Non-custodial model — the user's funds remain theirs

Polynside operates in strictly non-custodial mode:

  • the user connects their crypto wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, or equivalent);
  • funds (USDC, Polymarket positions, other assets) remain at all times under the exclusive control of the user, in their personal wallet;
  • no order is signed without the user's explicit action via their wallet;
  • Polynside cannot, under any circumstance, move, freeze, seize, access, or use the user's funds.

The security of private keys, the management of hardware, and the conservation of recovery phrases are the user's sole responsibility. Polynside cannot be held liable for:

  • a compromise of the user's wallet;
  • a phishing attack, social engineering, or compromised key;
  • the loss or theft of private keys or recovery phrase;
  • a fraudulent or mistakenly authorized signature by the user.

6. Signed-order relay service

When the user places an order, Polynside acts as a mere technical intermediary:

  • the user transmits an order that they have themselves signed via their wallet (EIP-712 signature compliant with the Polymarket CLOB protocol);
  • Polynside relays this signature, without modification, to the official Polymarket API.

Polynside cannot, under any circumstance:

  • modify the content of an order signed by the user;
  • generate or execute an order without the user's prior signature;
  • cancel an order once transmitted to Polymarket without a new signature from the user;
  • guarantee the execution, matching, settlement, or resolution of an order.

The validity, execution, matching, settlement, and resolution of markets fall exclusively under Polymarket. Polynside is neither a party, nor a guarantor, nor an intermediary of the contract formed between the user and Polymarket.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, or continuity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polynside, its directors, employees, subcontractors, providers, and partners disclaim all liability for:

  • financial losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect losses resulting from use of the service;
  • errors, delays, unavailability, interruptions, malfunctions, or bugs of the service or third-party APIs (Polymarket, Supabase, Whop, Anthropic, Vercel, Polygon blockchain, etc.);
  • inaccuracies, omissions, biases, hallucinations, or errors in market data, statistics, or AI-generated analyses;
  • failures of the Polygon blockchain, any underlying protocol, or any payment system;
  • regulatory, tax, administrative, civil, or criminal sanctions resulting from the user's use of Polymarket;
  • compromise of the user's wallet or private keys;
  • use of the service contrary to these terms or to the law applicable in the user's jurisdiction;
  • any consequence of the user bypassing geographic restrictions.

Polynside's total and cumulative liability towards the user, all causes combined, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Polynside's sole contractual obligation under the order relay service is the faithful transmission to the Polymarket API of an order signed by the user, without modification or retention. Any other obligation is expressly excluded.

8. Subscription and payment

The paid subscription is handled by our provider Whop. Polynside stores no payment-card data. Four plans are offered: Starter Monthly (€14/month), Starter Yearly (€80/year), Pro Monthly (€52/month), Pro Yearly (€288/year). The rates in force are those displayed on the pricing page.

The subscription renews automatically at each term (monthly or yearly depending on the plan chosen), unless cancellation occurs before the renewal date. The renewal is charged on the payment method registered by the user at the time of subscription.

8.bis Cancellation, plan change, and waiver

Any cancellation is immediate and non-refundable.

8.bis.1 Cancellation by the user

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal area (Settings › Plan › Cancel my plan). Cancellation takes effect immediately upon explicit confirmation by the user. From that moment:

  • access to paid features (Starter or Pro) is immediately revoked;
  • the user loses the remaining days of the already-paid period;
  • no refund, partial or total, will be made, including where the already-paid subscription period has not run its course.

The user declares having been informed of this no-refund rule before confirming the cancellation, which constitutes an express and irrevocable waiver of any claim to a refund for the unused portion of the paid period. This waiver is materialized by the mandatory checkbox displayed at the final step of the cancellation flow.

8.bis.2 Plan change — upgrade

The user may subscribe to a higher plan (Starter → Pro, Monthly → Yearly) at any time. This upgrade takes effect immediately and entails:

  • immediate cancellation of the current plan, without refund of the unused period;
  • immediate billing of the new plan at the displayed full price;
  • immediate access to the new plan's features.

8.bis.3 Plan change — downgrade

Switching to a lower plan (Pro → Starter, Yearly → Monthly) is not available directly from the interface. A user wishing to move to a less expensive plan must:

  • cancel their current subscription, in accordance with article 8.bis.1 (immediate cancellation, no refund);
  • then subscribe to the plan of their choice, without any credit or voucher from the former subscription.

8.bis.4 Waiver of withdrawal right

The user expressly acknowledges, upon subscription and again upon any cancellation:

  • expressly consenting to the immediate execution of the service from the moment of subscription;
  • expressly waiving any withdrawal or refund right that may arise from the legislation applicable in their jurisdiction;
  • acknowledging that this waiver is materialized by the dedicated checkbox displayed upon subscription and at the final step of the cancellation flow, as well as by use of the service.

As a result, no withdrawal, refund, or compensation request can be accepted after the user has accessed the service.

9. Suspension and termination

Polynside reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user's access, at any time and without notice, in case of:

  • breach of these terms;
  • attempt to bypass geographic restrictions (use of VPN, proxy, false declaration of residence, etc.);
  • fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the service (market manipulation, money laundering, terrorism financing, etc.);
  • provision of false information at account creation;
  • order from a competent judicial or administrative authority;
  • risk to the security of the service or other users.

In case of suspension or termination, no refund will be made and the user shall not be entitled to any compensation.

10. Intellectual property

The entire content of the Polynside site (source code, design, interface, text, the Polynside brand, logo, AI-generated analyses, rankings, scores) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation, partial or total, of the service's elements, by any process whatsoever, without prior written authorization from Polynside, is strictly forbidden and constitutes infringement liable to engage the civil and criminal liability of its author.

Market data displayed comes from Polymarket's public Gamma API and remains the property of its respective holders.

11. Personal data

Polynside collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service: email address (authentication), unique user identifier, subscription status and plan, saved markets, analysis history, timestamps of acceptances and waivers (contractual obligation).

Polynside collects no banking data; payments are handled exclusively by Whop. Polynside does not perform any advertising tracking or third-party behavioral analysis.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability at any time by writing to support@polynside.io. Polynside undertakes to respond within a reasonable time.

12. Cookies

Polynside uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for the authentication session (managed by Supabase). No advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies are set.

13. Modification of the terms

Polynside may modify these terms at any time, without notice. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the date of use of the service. The user is invited to consult this page regularly. Continued use of the service after modification implies full and complete acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If one or more provisions of these terms are held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect.

15. Force majeure

Polynside shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in the performance of the service resulting from a case of force majeure or any event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party API failures, cyberattacks, government decisions, or acts of third parties.

16. Entirety of agreement

These terms, together with the personal data policy and any other notice published on the site, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Polynside concerning the use of the service. They cancel and replace any prior agreement, declaration, or communication.
