Polynside collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service:

• Email address (for authentication)
• Unique user identifier
• Subscription status and plan
• Saved markets and analysis history
• Timestamps of acceptances and waivers (contractual obligation)

• Banking or payment card data (handled exclusively by Whop)
• Browsing history outside Polynside
• Third-party tracking or advertising data
• Behavioral analytics

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right of rectification of inaccurate data
• Right of deletion of your data
• Right of portability of your data
• Right of objection to data processing

We undertake to respond within a reasonable time.

• Active accounts: data retained as long as the account is active
• Cancelled accounts: data retained for a reasonable period for legal and accounting obligations, then deleted

Polynside uses only strictly necessary technical cookies for the authentication session (managed by Supabase). No advertising or tracking cookies are set.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, referrers, and approximate country/device. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not build cross-site profiles: no identifier is stored in your browser, and IP addresses are hashed server-side and discarded within 24 hours. Data is processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc. (see Section 6).

The following service providers process data on Polynside's behalf:

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Polynside implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Polynside may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page. Continued use of the service after modification implies acceptance.
